Summary and report on my activism:
to offer clarity to what is chaos: a creative and destructive force

Preface:        
As I see it, I’m entering a new phase of an ongoing battle and a summary is in order to show some continuity to my pursuit of Paradise on earth is in order   The reality is that ‘if’ it wasn’t for the undeniable fact that I am fulfilling the prophecy of being [Rom 11] the one called ‘the deliverer who turns Jacob away from godliness’ which triggers an event of all our sins being forgiven by God, then I would tell me to go get a life, which is exactly what will happen by me pursuing a path where I inevitably become a lamb to the slaughter.
- I come from a long line of losers, all prophets fail, and in Heb 10 it says what I’m trying to accomplish simply cannot be done alone and if that means I must die trying, then so be it because alone I am just another lamb.
- For as Adam was a human being so will the one who gives life to the dead be a human being and with a pure heart, I will pursue the ridiculous in a hope to achieve what only God can do, which is the impossible. 
So be it

1] I have been prosecuted by BC Authorities for over 4 years now, and throughout all of this activity I have maintained the same defense, which is coming to a head with my next filings in civil court, with a Petition.
a] At the core of my defense is the undeniable fact that they [the Crown] hold no right to prosecute me for my political activity because they simply hold no right to do anything until they address jurisdiction.
b] For the Crown to act against my Freedom is “robbery”, which is defined in law in by John Locke as TYRANNY: “the taking of authority when there exists no such right” in fact the Order of the Garter” itself is guilty of totally perverting what is directly prohibited NAMELY: “the fundamental principles of Justice”
-  Violating this principle holds a criminal charge of Sec 336 CCC, which is a 14 year indictment called Criminal Breath of Fiduciary Trust, and any violation of this principle must result in the impeachment of a Judge and/or in the toppling of the government that sanctioned this act
-  The reason for this harshness is because the violation of this principle means slavery is not just back, but fully sanctioned and enforce by the courts, which fulfills the prophecy of Timothy, where near the end they will go from bad to worse and are simply incapable of doing good.  
c] My political activity is focused on taking down tyranny, and this last court file gets me very close to doing just that, when I got a Judge to say in court: “So what? We have rejected the Supremacy of God”
d] The Solicitor General of BC John Les was present at this hearing and resigned his Office, rather than impeach this Judge, and in so doing, only delayed the inevitable, by setting the stage for my next move

2] The core issue before the court at this last case file was the presentation of evidence to show that the courts really are directly violating “the fundamental principles of Justice”, due to my abnormal birth entry,[1Cor15:7]
a] Because of this ‘abnormal birth’ Authority cannot apply any “fictitious creation in law” against me.
    -  In law your ‘birth certificate’ is a contract with society that gives Authority the right to copyright you,  
b] I could go into great lengths at outlining how perverted this ‘fictitious creation of law’ has gotten but it would take an encyclopedia to express it.  The easiest way to express the magnitude of this perversion is to state flat-out that it fulfills the prophecy of our end times of [Luke 11] “they came from the ends of the world to follow the teachings of [John] Solomon, and now there is ‘something’ greater than Solomon
What I’m doing is trying to trigger the next line of this prophecy, where it predicts that:
-  “The men of the Nineveh and the people of the south will rise in indignation at the teaching of Jonah”
-  This is done in order to reveal the ultimate glory of “Now there is someone greater than Jonah”

3] I must express that I am holding the Gentle Spirit, and delivering God’s promise of the new Covenant and offering Paradise without bloodshed, by ‘repenting’ which ‘perfects’ the form by upholding Creation
-  I must press that nonfeasance results in the one greater being “the Lord with the rod of discipline”
d] What horrifies me is that everyone is acting like this Lord of discipline is exactly what they want, and
- All I can do ‘alone’ is fail, and pray to my Lord “to forgive them, for they know not what they do”
  
3] I perceive myself to be at an impasse where many things can and will happen that are beyond my control, and the resolution lies in me pursuing the obvious course of continuing to seek remedy of my birth statement
a] My perception is that, due to the court’s refusal to declare if God is my right, at my last court date means that if I pressed a Petition without doing this next step first that it would be a big mistake,
- ’As I see it’, this situation creates an opportunity to fulfill Jesus’ prophecy of Luke 11, but frankly if this initiative fails, I will be forced to proceed with filing Petitions to triggers our evolution into beings sons
I’m trying to spark what A Cox called: the wildest opportunity devised by man to affect the make-over of society
The hope of each generation is always that this end may be done quickly, to the glorious Freedom of mankind

IF NO ONE PURSUES THE RIDICULOUS THEN NO BODY WILL ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE

4] This initiative falls on California Governor Arnold Swartzenegger, and his Attorney General Edmond Brown to intervene to prevent a crime against humanity, and if they care to choose nonfeasance, then they can… 
It’s not my choice, and as I see it; never will be, but I’m not about to shrink from pressing the inevitable intervention of the Spirit, because the impossible is inevitable and imminent, in my perspective.

PREAMBLE:   In a normal birth the mother writes out a ‘statement of birth’ at birth, and this is then entered into a city or county registry within a few weeks [back then] and this transfer to a registry is almost immediately now
It’s really important that the birth place and the landing place of the birth be the same jurisdiction.
It’s well understood that when this does not happen it creates a ‘special case’ for political intervention

5] I was born in King George VI registry in 1951, and entered into the Province of Ontario registry in 1952.
-   K. George died a few weeks later, and virtually all the laws/forms changed with Queen Elisabeth’s registries’
-   The 1 big difference is all my entries [front & back] are in black, [not red] and I have a unique birth # 000 665
-   This birth statement sat on this shelf for 38 years, until I asked for a Passport [proof of citizenship] in 1988,
-   Because this Passport ‘issue’ was asked for while outside Canada means they had to ask if I wanted a birth certificate, and I answered ‘no’. Therefore Q. Elizabeth’s registry could not ‘land’ a ‘birth certificate’ on me.
a]  This is not a mute point that this occurred while living in Los Angeles County back then, and that means my claim to ‘landed American status’ is strengthened by the fact that not one document was struck between my birth and this landing in L.A..   As I see it, it is not frivolous to ask for landed status.
b]  L.A. County registrar is correct to say that they would only register a live-new birth,
-    But this does not take away from the fact that I was alive when this original issue ‘landed’.
c]  Furthermore: if it wasn’t that I was being ‘robbed’ from my inaliable right to be ruled under the Supremacy of God, at my last court ruling,  means I should be able to seek protection from ‘a crime against humanity’, under deep Constitutional reasons’ that in America we uphold that “In God we trust’
d]  Now I’m the 1st to admit that when someone looks at my background you would have to ask yourself “Is this man insane?” and the only answer I have for that is “I am inlove” and it’s very, very contagious.  

6]  Now: “Why on earth would the Governor do this?”  And my answer is “that’s the way it’s done in Heaven”
a]  I personally cannot imagine this happening unless I was offering a big reward, and I can’t think of a better reference to “what is to be” then to point at Romans 9:25 prophecy   “As it was said by Hosea:
I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people, and
I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one” and
in the very place where it was said to them, “you are not my people”
They will be called “children of the living God”
b] As I see it, this means the return of Spiritual man [the ancients] is being offered as first fruit, and prophecy is very clear on this point.  If first fruit is good, like yeast, the whole loaf will be very good
c] How do I know if this initiative will deliver good first fruit?  Frankly I don’t, other then faith that I would be shrinking from achieving the impossible, by not pursuing this path to fix my ‘abnormal birth’,
d] How can anyone claim that this path or that path is the best to trigger the changing of everything?
[1Timothy1] claims that as long as we are pursuing the command of Love with a pure heart that this will be sufficient to trigger a good first fruit.  I have to admit that I tremble at the thought of failing to deliver a good first fruit, and that’s why I am reading my Bible and following this path.
e] I’m convinced that if anyone cannot see the righteousness of what is plainly obvious then that means
I’m simply destined to be another lamb to the slaughter, and that’s OK; because it’s simply impossible to say that I’m not on God’s side, because what I’m fighting that the Order of the Garter refuses to repent for declaring in open court that the Supremacy of God Almighty is irrelevant .

7]  As I see it, by pursuing this landed American status, I might get this international gag order on my story to break and the truth might set us free, about how hypocritical and demonic the whole form has become, and this can trigger the people of the south to rise peacefully in indignation [or they can insight rage; it’s not my call]
a] [2Tim4] Because it’s inevitable that people will no longer put up with that sound [luciferian] doctrine because the whole form has gone from bad to worse, and can never be really fixed by anything less than a total makeover, which can only occur by repenting for this legal fiction where a dead thing called a corporation can be a ‘person’ that created this beast that is nothing more than a paper dragon

Time loves a hero, but only time will tell if he’s real and a legend from Heaven or if he’s a mouthpiece from hell [Little Feat]

8]  As I see it.  From the onset of my commitment to undertake what really has been a blind faith in Destiny is that in the end nobody wants this cloak that I’m delivering… I especially don’t want it…
I lose the love if I say the word mine…  I might be what Jesus called Jonah the greatest of all prophets,
Because I’m clearly delivering the message of repenting, and my Act of Supremacy challenge is without a doubt the most benevolent and strategic assault to the form that could be imagined
But, I also hold a double edge sword of failing, and that one after me is not what anyone wants
a] I really don’t have a clue what will happen, because it’s not me who makes any of the decisions,
In fact, it’s my belief that I will not be one of those who in a blink of an eye will be of Spiritual flesh
b] What must be made clear here is that what is being offered is nothing less than a new Creation.
Where the law as we know it is but a shadow of what is to be revealed, not the realities themselves.
c] We are not at the end of any thing; we are at the beginning of tribulations, and being asked to face a fundamental question: Do you want the Gentle Spirit or do you want the Lord with the rod of discipline?

9] Why is this American landed status an important Element with manifesting God’s Destiny?
a] By having landed in 1989 means that I’m ‘lawfully’ 19 now, and I must swear allegiance to the flag.
b] That means, with this new status, I regain the upper hand when I file my Petition in a Canadian civil court to send my case files to a tribunal, which I firmly believe to be ‘the Men of the Nineveh’ of Luke 11
-  For over a year now, I have used every opportunity [at the appropriate time] to be slanderous to a judge in court, in order to charge me with contempt of court, and nobody will charge me…
Because they know that’s exactly what I want, and they know they will lose, on the solid ground that a tribunal operates on a totally different standard in law: it’s called pure administrative law,
To get to a tribunal you must present an insult that is so big that the Judge cannot rule on it and therefore forwards the file to a tribunal with the appropriate jurisdiction to rule on it.
d] My case file holds a damage award in a default file that pays all debt in the world, and it’s the reward for converting the trust of upholding God to upholding Creation and in this way we inherit the universe   
In lore the soul function of a tribunal is to manifest Destiny, and that’s what is being delivered.
In law they hold more power than Kings, and the reward is life to the dead in a new creation.
If not now then when?  Or is mankind doomed to satanic rule because that’s what who want?
-  After all, the luciferian doctrine is the only thing that makes wretches like us want to work
e] By filing my Petition(s) after I swear allegiance to the flag means the US Justice system must rise in my defense and defend me from being denied the right to a court where God is Supreme [period]
As I see it, this initiative is basically seeking what comes down to ‘a yes’ or ‘no’ answer that could be done by return e-mail.  This initiative acts as a truth litmus test to whether those who orchestrated this mess are also incapable of doing Good as well, after all why would anyone follow the law for the laws sake?  If we did that, we would fulfill Romans 13 and Isaiah 40-41

Why Jacob and Israel are so much in terror to trigger God’s Destiny is something that has always awed me…
a] What awes me more is why the Spirit has not yet interceded?  But then it’s not about the messenger. Even Jesus said “if it was up to him he would trigger it” As I see it, [1Cor15:26] The last enemy is death
Everything is in place so that Jesus can take domain over ‘everything’, [Creation - the other everything], and [Romans 8 17] the Creation waits in eager anticipation for the children of God to be revealed.
Why would I not pursue the ridiculous? Because the danger lies in shrinking from pursuing Destiny.
b] Everything tells to run, yet I tremble because first fruit is so important and it cannot be done alone
This could fulfill Luke 11;32 “where the people of the Nineveh will stand up at the judgment of this generation and condemn it, for they repented [changed mindset] at the teachings of Jonah”
The change of mindset is created by the hope contained in redeeming everyone from debt
c] Now who ever said the Lord works in mysterious ways?  1 word, 1 Good deed changes everything…

I could change the world, if we only knew what to do…  So I leave it up to you…
If anyone thinks that time will love the heroes who trigger this event then you’re right.
